Being a Real Estate Agent in the Upper Highway area has been the greatest adventure of my life! In 2004 when I started on this path I discovered that it takes real grit and perseverance to make it in this industry – but I also discovered that I am passionate about property and engaging with people embarking on the life-changing journey of property ownership.
My key to success has been to ensure the valuation and pricing of the properties that I am listing are in line with the current market. My clients know that they can trust me to be honest and reliable when it comes to this. Over time I have perfected the craft of reading the market to the point where my internal valuation system has a proven track record of between 96-114% accuracy! This means that when I list your property at a specific price it’s because I have taken the market into consideration, as well as the main selling points and what aspects of the property will attract the right buyers for your specific property. As a seller what you get is a better result and the most out of the current market!
This strategy also results in multiple offers from interested buyers and a negotiation process that is sure to give you the best possible sale and makes for a more efficient and less stressful process. I take care of the details, guiding my sellers as to what they need to attend to before we list their property on the market, to ensuring we put your best foot forward from the start.
While reading the current market is key expertise, the other part of my strategy is to create a seller’s market on each property, even when it’s a buyers market! This is my secret weapon along with helping clients present their property in such a way as to get the most out of the market.
I fully believe that my responsibility is to both the buyer and the seller and I serve each equally through the process. For the seller, you have full disclosure and transparency from me, and with a sole mandate, you also get my complete attention on your property, my expertise, and professional insight, and my negotiation skills honed over time to guarantee the best sale possible. For the buyer there will be no nasty surprises as I will share the valuation process with you and ensure that the Seller signs a disclosure, informing the buyer on any defects on the property so that you know what you are getting up front, plus you know that the property has been priced accurately and fairly, given the current condition.

My reputation in the market is one of reliability, trustworthiness, honesty, skill, and expertise and I work hard on each listing to maintain this reputation because I believe that client retention is a mark of my success. I strive for a relationship and I don’t waste my clients’ time. The last 15 years of hard work, trial and error, and learning has taught me where the pitfalls are and how best to avoid them so that the process is smooth sailing for all parties.
I see each property and client as unique, and treat each one accordingly taking this into consideration – I want to meet your property needs fully and put together a plan that will work for you and your family. I believe that there’s a right buyer for each property and if a property is not right for you, it’s not part of my MO to squeeze you into a box that doesn’t fit! Working with me, you’ll have a trusted advisor, someone who is actively listening to what you say you want and the feedback you give me after each viewing, to guide you to the right property for you, rather than someone who is just looking to make a sale at any cost.
At the end of the day when the paperwork is signed what means the most to me is enjoying a glass of red wine with the client to celebrate an outstanding result and hearing them say how happy they are with their new home that’s perfect for their needs, or how they are able to move onto the next chapter of their lives after a quick and painless sale! This is why I do what I do!
